Signing as a group
Yes, one application covers the whole group. Each roommate completes their own section, and the lease is joint and several, which is standard for student housing in Ontario.
Most students apply with a parent or guardian as guarantor. If that isn't an option, we also accept prepaid-term arrangements, ask leasing.
Yes. Tell us on the tour request that you're looking on your own and we'll place you in a suite with other students looking for roommates.
Rent and the lease
Rent covers the suite and its appliances, the in-suite washer and dryer, and use of the rooftop patio, BBQs, indoor lounge and bike storage. Hydro, internet and parking are separate; we quote them on the tour.
Every rent published on this site is per bedroom, per month, in CAD. The floor-plan pages also show the whole-suite total so your group can see both numbers before you sign.
Academic-year leases run September 1 to August 31. Early move-in for late August is usually available for a prorated amount.
The building
Yes. Barrier-free variants of the 2A2, 3Ai, 3C and 4B plans are available, with roll-in showers and wider clearances throughout. Unit 101 is fully barrier-free.
Ten minutes on foot to campus and eleven to Stauffer Library. The nearest bus stop is Brock and Alfred, four minutes away.
