What's in the building
Two, three and four bedroom suites at 565 Princess Street. Every suite has its own washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave, with hardwood floors throughout. The building has a rooftop patio with BBQs, an indoor lounge, bike storage and an elevator, and maintenance is handled on site. Pets are allowed.

Rent and the lease
Applying as a group
Group application
One application covers the whole group. Each roommate completes their own section, and the lease is joint and several.
Guarantors
Most students apply with a parent or guardian as guarantor. Prepaid-term arrangements are also accepted; ask leasing.
Applying solo
Apply on your own and we will place you in a suite with other students looking for roommates.
Rent and the lease
How rent is quoted
Per bedroom, per month, in CAD. Published rents run $1,025 to $1,395 per bedroom depending on the plan.
Lease term
12-month academic-year lease, September 1 to August 31. Prorated early move-in for late August is usually available.
What rent covers
The suite and its appliances, in-suite laundry, and use of the rooftop patio, BBQs, indoor lounge and bike storage. Hydro, internet and parking are billed separately.
The building
Furnishing
Suites are unfurnished. Furnished suites are available on request only; ask leasing before you sign.
Accessibility
Barrier-free variants of the 2A2, 3Ai, 3C and 4B plans are available. Unit 101 is fully barrier-free, with a roll-in shower.
Maintenance
Handled on site by building staff. Report an issue to the leasing office.
